The cursor shape to display over a window, see {@link Window.setCursorIcon}.

The names mirror the CSS cursor keywords in camelCase (e.g. notAllowed for not-allowed, eResize for e-resize). Support varies per platform and window manager; unsupported values fall back to the default arrow.
