class DatasetFailureRateExceededAbortException(val failedItems: Int, val finishedItems: Int, val failureRateThreshold: Double) : ExecutionAbortException

Execution-level abort raised when the observed dataset-item failure rate exceeds its configured maximum.

Unlike a local dataset-stage failure, this exception propagates through stage boundaries and terminates the entire training session or evaluation run.
