PanelScope
interface PanelScope
The receiver of the content of a container a PanelLayout lays out. Each PanelLayout names the scope it hands its children, through which they declare their own placement under that layout; a layout that places children by declaration order alone hands this one, which offers nothing.
A layout written outside the library extends this interface with a scope of its own, holding the placement calls its manager understands.
It is the innermost scope inside a panel's content, so a declaration meant for an enclosing row or column does not resolve there: the panel's layout manager would never read it. Such a declaration belongs on the panel's own modifier, outside the content lambda.
