offeredMinWidth

The least width of the offer used by an intrinsic height read in this scope, at most the specified width, or 0 where the offer has none. It is 0 in measure, whose constraints carry the minimum.

The default intrinsic functions of a MeasurePolicy and of a LayoutModifierNode measure under it, and the measurable a LayoutModifierNode is handed returns its intrinsic heights under it. A MeasurePolicy that overrides its height functions passes it on to a child only through withOfferedMinWidth, as one whose measure keeps the minimum does.
